How to ride
Scooter Availability
Enter private fleet code in the app to see available scooters.
Scan and Unlock
Walk to a nearby scooter and scan to unlock
Sweep up the kickstand with your foot before riding. Put the kickstand down when pausing or parking
Get on your vehicle, push off with your preferred foot then push down on the lever to get rolling.
Start Riding
Safety Tip: Please wear your helmet and obey all the rules of the road and local traffic laws. Pay attention to where you are riding.
No double riding. Double riding is prohibited, dangerous and puts both you and others at risk. Double riding offenders may be subject to a fine.
Riding on the sidewalk is Prohibited
Ride in Bike lanes and keep side walks clear for pedestrians
Do NOT block crossways, doorways or driveways.
Do NOT park on vegatation or landscaping
How to stop: Squeeze the brakes with your hand(s) to slow down
Pause When Needed. Park out of public pathways and upright with the kickstand down
Make a stop during a ride anytime by simply tapping Pause.
Return The Scooter
Return the scooter to same location to end your ride started.
